Hi, sorry but I can't do anything about it, you should contact who create the tournament or BGA admins, I suppose that in case of tie they chose randomly who moves on.

One potential solution could be to add a Tournament Elimination Mode game option, in which if the game is tied at the end, another round is played until a winner can be declared.
