As there are many development related posts for chess, shogi may use them too with a slight modification.
Could you implement the 'unique actions identical 3 times in a row' ?

as "should" noted, the lack of draw can be infuriating if the opponent keep playing the same move forever
My best is draw... sigh...
Why not take the option "one position occurring 3 times" ?
The “single actions identical 3 times in a row” are very difficult to implement AND it does not bring any relevant improvement compared to the simple “one position occurring 3 times”
You could tell the publisher that many players stop playing because of this situation of endless games.
Just the save position should be relatively easy and it would be much better for the game than the infuriating current situation.
