Table admins are current'y forced to allow same ELO range players to join their table. Some players only want to play with Beginners or Apprentices, or someone they believe they can beat easily.

The players are free to choose who they play against, but this restriction needlessly allows evenly matched players to join tables. Which the table admin may just kick, wasting both of their times.
