For characters, it's the effects that are not translated
For artworks, it's the title, and the section "artwork's effect"
For rounds' objectives, only the titles are translated
In the council, translation is partial as well
Globally, translation parts need to be checked and related sessions opened to allow community to help -

the local langauge of the player is coming through into the logs.
My opponent is from Japan, and all of their moves are in Japanese.

Also in the game (impossible to tell because the log is not translated), but it appears player 'HappyArmy' had 2 separate actions before I even got to make my 1st move.
