The "You have to solve another puzzle first" which obviously didn't display until I put that last piece that should had triggered the "end of puzzle".

If it helps, the other table was 442569667.
Timelogs specify that I started the first puzzle about 3 minutes before I had to do the same for the second puzzle which I then solved 2 minutes later to go back to the original one and solved (because F5 resets the game and I tried that first) around 2 minutes afterward.
I have seen it happen previously, but first time for me. A couple weeks ago it happened to someone else at a table that I was in.

The message "You have to solve another puzzle first" doesn't exist in the game, and actually in the code of the game I have no possibility to know if you are playing another game in another table ...
So I don't understand the issue you have.
Could you take a screenshot if it occures again, so that I can see what you are talking about?

I don't remember if it was exactly the same words, but it was similar to the "You must play this other game first." that appears when looking at a finished game while you have a pending puzzle to solve.
It appeared as an error message instead of the fixed banner of this case and I'm almost sure without the extra information of the arena rules (Arena turn-based games rule: you must play on the table where it has been your turn for the longest time.), which I actually haven't seen on other games even if I skip multiple tables of the same game on the queue to play.

Just happened again, but forgot to screenshot it, :(
It was while solving the third puzzle here: boardgamearena.com/6/laserreflection?table=459965077
And forced me to complete this other one: boardgamearena.com/10/laserreflection?table=460230800
Eventually gave up on the second one to be able to go back to the first on time (9:17 instead of around 3m).
The message was almost exactly "You must solve this other game first" (not completely sure since I didn't screenshot it to remember) with an hyperlink to the other game on the "game" word, appearing as the typical one-line red error banner above. It kept reappearing (1-2s fixed then dissappears for a fraction of a second and comes back) while it tried to log the puzzle as finished.

Managed to reproduce the error message by clicking on Previous Results in a table further on the queue.
The message says "You must play first on another table", although the one that appeared to me had an hyperlink as well to the specific table.

I haven't tried with "Start" because I fear it would actually start the clock while not allowing me to actually solve the puzzle until I finish the "another" table. I hope it will just give the same message as in "Previous Results", and I think that is how it should be as the cited rule implies. Will try tomorrow when I have enough queued pending tables.
The problem is when somehow the error message gets triggered while solving the puzzle... does the overall activity clock keep advancing while solving?, just thinking ideas of what might trigger the issue.

The start button should actually display the same message (as it is managed by the bga framework), but maybe not... I try to understand what happens.
If it does not display the message it's a bug in the framework but i should be able to find a workaround.

I just encountered this bug On Reflection Arena table number 589516511 in the second game. Clicked to go to the other game and didn't take any screenshots so I'm not able to provide any more information.I assume, that it is a problem, that only a part of the "puzzle solved" message gets processed. So the overall "arena-framework" knows, that the game is done and forces you to the next one, but the information for the specific table isn't stored.

But yes, it's a problem I can't do anything about: it's the bga framework that's preventing the action.
