案件沿革
Good news: this is not a bug, Play All but 1 + Inflation is implemented exactly like you expect.
So in normal situation, you would have to play all but 2 cards from your hand.
But of course, this changes again when there are additional play bonus rules active, like in this case the Party Bonus or the Rich Bonus awards (and they are also inflated).
Because then: Play All but 2, plus 2 bonus plays, becomes Play All again :)
Good news: this is not a bug, Play All but 1 + Inflation is implemented exactly like you expect.

But of course, this changes again when there are additional play bonus rules active, like in this case the Party Bonus or the Rich Bonus awards (and they are also inflated).
Because then: Play All but 2, plus 2 bonus plays, becomes Play All again :)
