I tried refreshing to no avail. I could not find any exceptions in the rulebook that would prevent me from using this ability. -

案件沿革
I mistook the "3" tab attached to the All Defenders card as the size of the remaining deck.
Of course, now that I know it only had one card and it was the other All Defender's card, I wouldn't want to play that ability anyway
Side note: I am surprised that the game allowed me to see the contents of the remaining draw pile before it was time to draw that final card. In this case, I was using the active All Defenders (3P) card, and could click the draw deck left tab to see the other All Defenders (2P) card in there. Not sure if that is meant to be exposed or not.
Thank you for clarifying your request. And yes, you are not allowed to use rectify with just one card left in the turn deck. The ability says "swap the top 2 cards...". Because there is just one card, you can execute the ability completely as requested.
Regarding your last question about exposing cards. When you click the turn deck, you get the list of all cards in the deck, because you already "know" what cards are in it. The list is ordered by card name so you do not know which card comes next. When you have one card left, the probability is 100% that you will draw exactly this card :)
New cards added from the horde deck to the turn deck are unknown. When you open the turn deck, you will see one card with just the generic background image, until this card is revealed.
