4 players king of tokyo game between friends

Not 100% sure this is a site issue or "only" a site issue so I also have created a gamer specific bug report:
boardgamearena.com/bug?id=111437
So in this game, first player wins some ELO, second "wins" 0 ELO and 3 and 4 lose quite a lot of ELO.
Even though our K factors are I think about the same and only a minor 3% effect from consecutive wins for a player, there is a big total not less of ELO at the table
It really doesn't make sense.
Player 2 is marked as having lost in a team so he cannot win ELO but player 3 and 4 are still losing ELO to player 2 which mean that they are NOT in a team. How can player 2 be in a team with 3 and 4 but player 3 and 4 not be in team with player 2 ?
King of Tokyo is not a cooperative game so they are really only a few ways to handle the results that would make sense:
1) Rank everyone (this is the normal behavior, this is how it used to be) and everyone lose and win ELO according to who is ranked higher or lower than them at the end of the game
2) Consider that 1 player won and all the other players have a "draw" between them
3) Consider that 1 player won and all the other players do not have a ELO exchange between them
What happened in this game is none of the above, it's a hybrid that doesn't make sense and screw the players of any game with more than 2 players.
So lets me explain again with different words:
The player who finished second did not win ELO even though he addition of the individual ELO gains indicate that he should have. ( -5.79 + 9 + 9.65 = 0 doh !)
But the players who finished 3rd and 4th did lose ELO not just for losing to the winner but also for losing to the second player. 3rd player: -17.82 + 11.46 - 19.3 = -25.67
4th player : - 8.19 , -9 , - 5.89 = -23.08
That's not good.
----------
Side note:
This is not the topic of this report but player 3 got -3% for her consecutive win against player 4.
Logic should really be that player 4 also got his ELO loss against player 3 reduced by 3%
------
By the way, why is the K factor hidden now ?
The game was already hiding the multiplayer factor and now it is also hiding the k factor. This 100% looks like a "let's hide all the details" so that players cannot even see the bugs that we don't want to solve.
