I have no tiles to make a move ( my mistake in the last turn)
Now I will take green tile, but I see no tableau with tiles. I cannot do anything.

Its the last turn and I have a tile I can lay down but it will cover a concrete truck spot, there are no more tiles in the concrete truck section. I thought I could lay the tile and skip picking up a new tile since its empty but the game is requiring me to pick up a tile before I can move on. Then I tried undo and was going to just pass my turn without laying my last tile but it won't let me pass, I have to lay a tile. So we can't finish the game since the tiles I have will over lay the concrete truck. Thanks
