案件沿革
I suppose you have not 100 but 99,xx and it is rounded to 100 for showing.
I always not understand why BGA does round to the UPPER INTEGER rather the LOWER !
This problem is alive in several parts of BGA.
I don't understand why it is not yet corrected, it should be very easy....
