案件沿革
After my final move of the round to go take a 3 VP i finish at 4VP.
But I should be at 6 with the 2 VP for not use my spy.
It's occure on all games.
It's suppose allow the 2 VP immidiatly after a buy if it's on a lower number, not at the move to Havana ( more easy to manage)
You'll need to cite the rule for this. My recollection is only when you pass it or when the round ends before you get to it, which is what the ismplementation does.
I don't think there's a bug here; but if you reply with the specific rule citation I can reopen.
Because in all time, if you go to 20, you pass your spy so you claim the 2VP.
So the rules have taken the when happen on moving to Havana claim your 2 VP.
The creator explain that it's also apply on 4th buy on final action, so
If a assistant or spy or espionage, was put on board back you earn the 2 VP immediately.

Ideally, I'd like to see a rule in the rulebook or from an errata. The designer is a great source of information, though sometimes his interpretations change over time.
Q: How many points do I score if I don’t take my assistant’s action? Do I remove them from the board?
A: Assistants are never removed from the board. You score 2 points per your assistant you pass during your move. Assistants added to the board behind you WON’T score you 2 points immediately. If landing on a space with your assistant, you only score 2 points for if you DON’T take their action. Likewise, if you land on a space with 3 of your assistants and take the action of 1 of them, you’ll gain 4 points. (2 for each of the 2 unused assistants).
At the end of the round, you gain 2 VP for each of your assistants ahead of your ship.
To get the 2 VP if you not used it
And said reminder on ship. If you don't have take the action, get 2 VP

I think we're both in agreement that part A and B are working.
Part C talks about when the round ends. When that happens, you need to move your ship back to Havana, the starting location. When you do that, you gain 2 VP for every assistant "at locations with a higher number than the location of your ship." In other words, only for assistants AHEAD of your ship, not behind.

I'm afraid there's a language barrier here. I'm working hard to understand your meaning throughout, but this segment in particular makes no sense to me.
What's implemented perfectly matches the rules as cited above.
If you believe there's a disconnect, I need to to cite/quote the exact rule. This is the third time I've requested this from you. I'm not just asking for a description of what you think it wrong, but an actual quotation of the rule that's not being followed.
