I tried F5 and CTRL-F5. Many times.
I tried logging into my Iphone (instead of my computer) and still received the same error.
Happen to my partner in the end of the game too. Force us to lose the game.

This occurred again at table 495673215 Move #197. Trying to reverse a single card on a meld of 7s.

Interestingly I was able to reverse a new meld just before as can be see in the log.

The only thing I can think is that the "system error" left the game in an inconsistent state, where it thought undoing should no longer be allowed.
