I have one power tag (Tectonic Stress Power) and one wild tag (Research Coordination) in play. This should enable me to meet the perquisites for Fusion Power which requires two power tags. However I am unable to play the project card. When I click on the the Fusion Power card to play it still states, "Requires 2 Power tags.
(You cannot play this card now because pre-requisites are not met.)"
