案件沿革
I think in general all abilities that have an effect on the victory conditions are always in play for all players. In this case for example that can also mean it can prevent a Catholic or Reformist Holy Victory being declared by another player because your patron counts as green bishops preventing Catholic / Reformist from becoming the supreme religion.
The thing is that the "old" rules are written on the current Card in the current Game.
Please correct (at least blur) the incorrect part of the text in the description of Circassian Mamluks.
At the moment, it ruins games that are played for maybe more than an hour. It's terrible.
