This is a common situation in games I have played, most recently in game #522537101.
(There is another ticket about this bug that was closed as fixed and has not been re-opened despite further posts over the last few months indicating the problem persists.)

I had 3 walls, and the game log shows the following:
End score for Aylwarings of Duchy
VP so far: 49
University/Technology: 8
hunger wall: 0
cathedral: 0
blue tokens: 12
red tokens: 3
walls: 3
seals: 18
bridge tiles: 9
eggs: 1
Total: 103
One of the other players also only received 3 points instead of 4 points for his 3 walls.
Numerous reports. I won by just one VP (instead of the correct two) and a tie would have gone to my opponent who went second, and I would have been livid.
Get this fixed!
For at least the sixth time in a row, three walls are yielding 3 VPs instead of 4. Others have reported this problem and months have passed and it hasn’t been correct ped yet. Why hasn’t this been fixed?
Just happened again! I can send you the end game screenshot. Please fix this before it costs someone a deserve win!
It doesn’t happen every time but it is a serious bug.
