On table 515223120, on Turn 55, with the following Arcana cards and fates :
"<=5" with a 2 on it
"Unique"
"Within 2" with a 3 on it
"Factor"
And a 5 and a 7 on my hand.
The game has the option "Ensure valid plays" active.
Normally, I should be able to play on "Unique" and "Within 2".
But i was only able to play on "Within 2".

Hello! I'm the developer who made the recent updates to The Shipwreck Arcana. I don't seem to be able to officially change the status of bug reports (I'll have to go figure out why); but I definitely see what you're talking about at turn #55 in your replay.
Let me take a closer look and see if I can figure out what's not working correctly here.
