F5 din't solve the problem.
The problem appeared randomly throughout the game, the objective counted up randomly in different steps.

I think it may be counting up when you cross the river, even if there's no monument on the other side.

It is fixed for new games but might impact game in progress at the moment since the progression of this objective was badly computed. (that's why the tag confirmed is set for other player to know)
