案件沿革
I proposed to abandon the game collectively, but one of the players refused and won't allow it.
Probably server update to PHP8 caused this problem (the last tile cannot be placed if "share" expansion or "station" expansion is enabled).
I fixed and confirmed that I can play to the end.
