Thanks for looking into this.
The turn numbers are 15, and 64.
The Cleric has two abilities:
1. (exploration) Heal everyone present for 3HP
2. (combat) Heal someone for 4HP (but you don't begin combat until Move 73)
It's possible that I don't see healing because that's the bug you're describing, but there's no way to know for sure while the game is still running. Once it concludes, will you post a reply here so we can go through the replay?
You can find the current move number by looking in the upper-left corner where the progression is indicated (in landscape for mobile users). You can also find the move number by clicking on the log and looking at the link that’s provided when it offers you the option to replay from that point. Or you can click the 'View game replay' button after the game ends and either find it in the log or walk through the replay.
And yes, I’ll absolutely try to post the replay here.

It's a weird timing thing that messed me up for a while .. but you have to get the other player to WAIT for you before you use cleric exploration power in order to heal them.
Guessing it's same on other moves.
Like most (every?) cooperative game, communication is definitely an element. If you use the power before you move into the same space, it won't help your partner. Likewise, using it after your partner departs will only benefit you.
