There must be some errors in the browser console (F12). Are you sure? Do you use any 3rd party addon for BGA?
If the answer is no in both cases, please cancel the game so I can investigate the replay.

I don't use any 3rd party addons for BGA. I also get the same issue when using the app from my android phone. I'll go ahead and cancel the game.
