A test notification has been sent but did not see any notification

Would like to receive web notifications like previously. I have checked my browser setting which allows BGA to send me notifications. A pop up message said "a test notification has been sent" yet I didn't receive any.

This only happens when my Google Chrome was updated to v76. Previously web notifications was working fine on Google Chrome v74&v75. Same thing for the mobile browser notification. I have checked the mobile chrome app setting which allows notification as well.
I also tried removing the access for notifications setting and allowing it multiple times too. Bu the problem persists. Same goes to toggling the options under BGA notification tab under preference.
