I accepted the game and before entering game interface with destination cards the screen went white with the symbol of boardgamearene in the middle. The same screen that flashed just before game starts. I tried anything, from refreshing, reloading, closing and opening site again but nothing helpped. the players kicked me after my time was up. I asked them if their interface was ok and they were all fine. Only mine was problematic and it caused me serious penalty on my total score. Can you please help me solve this issue?

案件沿革
I think it was the first time i experienced the problem.
The problem may be with BGA site (or network) which encounters often overload in these last weeks...
And in this case nothing can be made in TTR!
Move 3 : 16:55:51 thdidaskalou is out of time, so veropire skips his/her turn
Move 4 : 16:55:51 thdidaskalou has quit the game and is going to lose this game whatever happens.
So once it has occured the result of the game is already fixed : you have loose.
Rejoining the game like you have done at move #11 has no effect on the result already fixed !
Like said previously, the problem may be with BGA site (or network) and in this case nothing can be made in TTR game !
This last days, there is also periods with BGA site in maintenance mode...
Not the subject, but have you seen that BGA includes now TTR Switzerland game on TTR USA web page!
Be aware, there are special rules for locomotives in Switzerland! cdn.svc.asmodee.net/production-daysofwonder/uploads/2023/09/720114-T2RMC2-Rules_switzerland-ML-2017.pdf
Maybe, if not yet done, you can vote for my suggestion 150342: "TTR Switzerland must not be with TTR USA but in another TTR maps group" boardgamearena.com/bug?id=150342
TTR developer can't do nothing on that !
