And the log could then state that "Player X conquered the Elves (decline) of player B at A7"
And a similar "... tired to conquer ... but failed." for when the dice isn't helpful.

But this means that in turn-based mode, you are just never told how much points everyone made since your last login.
It is also a bit silly, of course, since you can always do a replay-from.
