I have 3 workers in construction and 3 goods. I use 1 worker to midwest small city and 1 goods to gain 3 research. I use another worker to midwest small city and 2 goods again to gain 3 more research. Now I have 1 worker no goods and 6 research left. The interface is preventing me to sue 6 research to reach the end of a track to gain 3 cubes to use the last worker
