After receiving my 3 visitors, my opponent would have gotten 3 as well, but only had room for 2. Then bonus visitors should have been distributed. I would have gotten only been able to fit 1 bonus visitor. But did not get any.

I have refreshed the page several times and it still shows only 3 visitors when I should have 4 total.

In my game, I got one bonus visitor, but I had another space to hold one and the other players were full. It's supposed to cycle through turn order until all the bonus visitors are gone, or until all hotels are full. But instead of granting me one of the extras, it was discarded. Table ID 567519635

It's been a tricky one to reproduce, but I believe it's fixed now. There was an issue with assigning the initial visitors compared to the player vacancies and that would "use up" some of the bonus visitors instead. In my testing since correcting that error, I consistently get the right amount of bonus visitors assigned to the available spaces, especially when other players have full hotels.
Please let me know if you're still seeing errors with this one.
