案件沿革
It's been a tricky one to reproduce, but I believe it's fixed now. There was an issue with assigning the initial visitors compared to the player vacancies and that would "use up" some of the bonus visitors instead. In my testing since correcting that error, I consistently get the right amount of bonus visitors assigned to the available spaces, especially when other players have full hotels.
Please let me know if you're still seeing errors with this one.
