Maybe it is. In fact, I'm SURE it is because that's against the rules.
Please refer to the forums and the rules before submitting a bug. While we're happy to quickly address bugs in the game, reinforcing rules concerns takes time away from actual fixes.
How is this not a bug?
Either the game should have asked me to give a potion back after I gained a third one or it should have been possible to use it during the fight.
None of this happened. Only an error message asking me to refresh the interface.
You can't keep three potions, which is kind of what you described in the report.

This is the first time you've mentioned any sort of error message, although I'm still not sure what the error message was or even which move number it occurred on. It's akin to visiting the doctor, insisting "It hurts!", but refusing to tell him what hurts or how it happened. The doctor's not going to be able to help.
