案件沿革
event was Heavy Rain; I should have been able to move to the waypoint between the inn and the green town. This waypoint was connected to my current one via trail and water, and my movement card allowed me to move across water (see screenshot; I started my movement on the other waypoint of the lake).

I have moved one step out of Virrat, but cant move futher, even though i have a card allowing 3 steps across water (i should have been able to move to central lake): imgur.com/vWqJzue

but one water movement possibility was NOT shown to be selected
(Event Card: Evening NO Trail. But Water should be possible)
The movement card (3 steps) allows to move via trail and water. The part of the route i want to use allows trail and water. I want to use trail to get to the portal, because it's morning with event "foggy", so it's not possible to walk via water. But i can't go to the portal via water. At the other entrance of the portal is the token of my opponent. Can this be the reason?
