It should be allowed to move 1 pawn up to position to another pawn then move the second pawn down to the previous first pawn location.
Situation:
Location A (only 2 climber allowed) has 2 climbers (blue1, yellow1)
Location B (only 2 climber allowed) has 2 climbers (yellow2, green1)
Location A and B are adjacent.
Yellow would like to swich => getting error that he cannot go from A to B because there are already 2 climber on that location. Same happen when he try to go from B to A.
The rule allows for a player to switch their climbers in the same turn!

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
