But i had heat in the discard, but could not use this option to use supercool first and then pay the heat for TC8.

Player HiddenJester unable to pay heat cost.
He played a Body 6 card, so he needed to pay 1 heat. He also played Air Intake +, which provided 1 Super Cool. He had at least one heat card(s) in discard pile, since he had just paid one to shift from 2nd to 4th gear.
I think he should have been able to use the Super Cool from Air Intake to move a heat card from his discard pile into his engine in order to pay for the Body card, but he could not. The buttons to do so were disabled, with only the "I can't pay heat" button available.

You can see the problem at this move, the super cool button should not be grayed out when you have 0 heat in engine and are playing an upgrade that costs heat, it should be like the cooldown button which correctly is available to be used for cooldown before paying a heat cost as seen here.
