案件沿革
There is a blue(water) route S from same location to same location (although card would not permit movement S). Perhaps, event card prevents move because of this water route.
In other words, the movement step is perhaps forbidden because the blue route exists, even though an alternate legal route exists.

Day 6 Morning. Event card 19: Dense Fog
Leaving Virrat (blue). Orientation bottom right corner.
Using card 36 I attempted to move NE (path), SE (path) to land on bottom right most intersection. I am not using any waterways to reach this destination. App will not allow me to travel the SE path.
I am using the BGA App on a Samsung Tablet S7 FE. Tried on my phone as well, same result.
Re: Nov 9th 2024 10:53 - The movement should not be forbidden due to other paths (in this case water) leading to the same location. Most locations have multiple options for travel that intersect and cross and there are many other event cards with similar restrictions. If the game rules were meant to be interpreted this way, the inability to move onto a location because of the *presence* of a different path would occur more often.
