I have not been able to use my cells after completing my run
This has happened after I have defeated the Concierge the second time
System tells me I will only be able to buy a new card after I have discovered a new biome
I can still purge a card but not buy new ones, even from the well
I am still gaining new equipment and runes during my following runs but can't spend my cells
