My apologies if I have misinterpreted the Sinners Faded Power. I had my husband double check my logic and I think I have made a valid play.
- From the log in your screenshot, I see that you drew two new fates, but there isn't a log entry saying that you played a fate. Still, you only have one in your hand, and one of the 2s on The Judge is highlighted as though it had just been played.
- The faded powers that are not greyed out are the ones that can be played *before* you play a fate (whereas Sinners, which you wanted to play, is one that can be played *after* you play a fate).
This'll take some more investigating!

That would explain why the "before you play a fate" powers were enabled, which matches the state that your game was in on the server side. (The game's database showed that the 2 was still in your hand, and that you were in the "use a power before you play a fate" state.)
It also lines up with the fact that there was no message in the log indicating that you'd played a fate.
Of course, that doesn't explain why your browser was showing that the 2 had been played. Do you recall if the 2 was still there after you refreshed the page?
It's a little bit difficult to troubleshoot client issues when I'm not sure how to reproduce the problem. If you recall anything else that might let me recreate the issue, please let me know!
There is no bug. I just got confused.
The screenshot doesn't show it but after my 2 was placed, I believe there was a button to Play Fate still available as well as the Use Faded Power. And I clicked on Use Faded Power before confirming my played Fate. I guess I assumed the fate was played because it had moved to the Judge but I still had to confirm it.
Sorry, I should have mentioned in my previous post that there is no bug. Just confusion on my part.
