from the English rules: "If a domestique without bottle (black base) passes through a feed zones-pace, they can take a bottle [...]"
If a blue rider starts on a feed zone token, he doesn't "pass through" this space.
Currently, a blue rider who starts on a feed zone token and gives his bottle to a teammate behind regains the bottle at the end of his movement.
