案件沿革
There are only 3 effects that you may ignore when playing a card and placing on a Volcanic area is not one of them. The 3 exceptions are:
- You may play a card which raises a global parameter that is already at max.
- You may play a card that destroys resources (not production) when no one has those resources to destroy. You may even opt to not destroy the resources at all even if someone had any.
- You may play a card which gains you resources that you have no place for (e.g., microbes).
On Hellas, you may play Lava Tube anywhere you like because the map rules explicitly allow you to do so.
On any other map with Volcanic areas (all of the other ones except Hellas, actually), you MUST place Lava Tube on a Volcanic area or not play the card at all.
