Happened randomly to my opponent on Table #676429586 at the end of their turn on Stage 4 Round 7 (maybe turn #799) after a loss of control. The total time for the round for my opponent went to 166667:39 and they were unable to take any further turns. They did lose all gear dice after the last loss of control, so maybe that contributed to it.
