案件沿革
I think it's when you have to choose which ressource you want, and the other player also gain a ressource and choose before you (maybe when it choose two time by moving two token).
Same thing happened to me early in the game and it happened to another player a few rounds later. Both of us had Proficiency unlocked. The game prompted to take a study action moving 0 when the effect should have triggered.
The next time I advanced the study track the resource I should have gained triggered, so I got it, just with a delay. (moves 86 and 87)
I was playing with my wife locally.
I was doing a forage after study and so was she.
While I was looking at my choices she clicked a button. I heard it. And my option immediately went away like I had hit an ignore button.
