It happened to me too, several times, in solo games. I'm sorry i didn't note the table and move numbers, and i played a lot since. I'll pay attention if i see it again.

Fixed. This happened when the Worm was killed through the first action of a round. Bug introduced after a fix for killing a Worm through poison or bleed (which is the last action of a round).
