Thanks for reporting, but it is not a bug.
For scoring, the village needs to be next a discovery tower and not a single discovery space. You had not built the tower concerned.
in the rules, about goals for Aghon in page 9 : '• Discover a village adjacent to a
discovery tower. The discovery
space must have a discovery tower.'
Not a bug.
