invest in this particular prestige building." rule. I had to dig around in the rulebook to figure out what "1. = 2VP" meant. Now that I understand what it means I can kind of parse what the "1." was intended to mean.

I think if we had more content in the Prestige building tooltip it would make new players' lives' easier.
