The second, unselected, yellow die was removed and the scouted tile was displayedd for me to choose. The white die was still selected. The "collect" option never displayed 4$ as I would expect, if the yellow die is always taken first.

like you, i tried selecting the die i want for given action, and that was ignored.
in cases like this, when it matters, we need clear indication of which die will be consumed when no die is selected.
This is allowed by the rules but the interface does not facilitate this - it always uses the yellow die first, despite player input (selecting a die has no impact).
If anybody ever thought quality mattered on BGA, this is one of many examples of why not. It's a systemic problem.
If the code belongs to the original developer, then the repo can't be cloned and others can't come and fix the issues when the original developer has run off.
The license should allow a repo to be cloned if a developer ignores game-breaking bugs for more than a year.
What happened to Roll? It and Race used to be neck and neck in the top 100. It's really fallen. This implementation is unmanaged. The Temple Gates app has showed the expansion as "coming soon" for years. Did Roll fall out of favor at some point and no one told me?
