I press the button to allow me move my rover and it allows me to move my rover. This is all fine.
I end up gaining a Civ card due to reaching the milestone on the Civ Track.
The button to move my rover if I select a Civ Tile is presented again, and usable, allowing me to move my rover a second time on the same turn. This should not be allowed. -

I can only select 2 rover movement before selecting a tile, but in some cases I wanted to move the rover onto the tile I was going to place. However, after tile placement, the option to get 2 rover movements is no longer availabe.
Also, when gaining the ability with the tech bonus, I directly got the benefit, and could change it ( when first collecting meteors and then gaining the tech I got more movement points then in the other order -had a red-grey tile) it would be logical that the bonus apply starting the next round
Extra rover action occurred around move 550 - 580.
Another instance occurred at move 1178 with the player playing the Horizon Board.
