There was another error that occured same game, server reported error when trying to select "Do not claim any goal".
I just had a similar problem with goal B3
i sold cachaca and baiju in the same round.
before selling cachaca i already had one of the goals below B3, which brought B3 within reach.
the sale of the cachaca enabled me to claim the second goal below B3.
after selling Baijou, the new round began without me be asked to claim a goal
