Already requested several times. Looking for "gauge" word show you these requests.
Here is the reply from BGA TTR developer : I don't plan to add a counter for the card deck, but you already have a gauge at the left of the deck, showing an estimate of the card count. Similar to when you play in physical version ;)

Your request is close to this original request but Thoun, the BGA developer, has also already replied at end of 2023 december in this boardgamearena.com/bug?id=71644 request: "You'll need to convince the publisher" to have this functionnality added.

Not the subject, but have you seen that BGA includes now TTR Switzerland game on TTR USA web page!
