Refreshing does not work.
Restarting browser does not work.
This problem is independent of device as it was reproduced on multiple browsers.
A tournament Thurn and Taxis game worked fine. However, this is an Arena game and it is blocking all my other Arena games because BGA insists I play this game first and it won't load.
When the problem first occurred, I had returned to this game which was already open in a browser window. However, I didn't realise that I had already played a move on a different device and it seemed to try to refresh the game's status but failed to obtain this correctly and now every time I try to open this game, boardgamearena.com/6/thurnandtaxis?table=634341733, it freezes on opening.
Please unfreeze this game so I don't run out of time on this and all the other Arena games BGA is preventing me from accessing due to this game being the game I must play next.

Correction: Error message is "Loading game art 10%" immediately on attempting to open this game.

Other Thurn and Taxis Arena games are also stopped on this same screen now too.

In the absence of any response fromBGA on thistime critical issue, I have tried to quit out of this game.
In future, please respond immediately to time critical issues.
You canclose this job since you did not help at all to resolve it.
It will have cost me ranking points to quit, but to lose all the other games too because of a BGA fault would have cost me more.
Thank you for your games platform, but your response to time critical issues is below my expectations.
