This is how my green row looked like before the turn:
_ _ / 5 _ / _ _ / 7 10
My card combination was number 13 + plant and I wanted to write it on the 4th space of the green row, just behind the 5. But I was not allowed to do so. I was only allowed to write it in the yellow row, places 3 - 8.
I understand the green row to consist of four separat zones with 2 spaces each. So it should be possible to write the number 13 into the second zone, next to the 5. • 你的瀏覽器是什麼？

案件沿革
So for further information, if someone has the same misunderstanding, here are the rules for this:
"There are 9 floors in the rocket. Each floor is an independent ZONE that must be numbered in ascending order from left to right."
"Each floor of the rocket has one or more QUARTERS separated with partition walls. As soon as you complete a quarter of a floor, having written down a number in each space of the quarter, apply its effects immediately."
So I confused the ZONE with the QUARTER ;-)
