Sometimes when picking cards from the deck, two mermaids are shown when they are in fact not mermaids. The real cards appear only after picking one. This happened to me, too. Here is a screenshot of the moment; it showed me two mermaids at the time but it was actually two sharks. In the replay it shows sharks.

Le problème est apparu 4 fois dans une partie pour moi et plusieurs fois pour mon adversaire : choix entre deux sirènes (lorsqu'on survole la carte c'est écrit "undefined") et c'est finalement une toute autre carte qui rejoint mon jeu (jamais la même) et également une autre à remettre sur le paquet.
When I drew two cards they both appeared to be mermaids. When I kept one and discarded the other, then the two cards changed into something else. F5 is of no use since you don't even know there is a problem until it resolves. The problem, of course, is that you are not able to make an important game play decision because you don't know what your cards are until it's too late. This has happened twice, randomly.
At least in the last game #656995820 i got this bug 3 or 4 times in a row.
It is very annoying and not fair at all, since you can’t change what you choose.
What I do is refresh the page when I draw two mermaids and after the refresh I can see the real cards before picking.

This problem happened to me twice, in the first round alone, in table #731472783.
Around the turn 114 (not sure) and at the turn 286 (i'm sur this time, i took a mermaid but sadly it was actually a yellow crab)
This problem occured several times during the game. Two times for me and at least one for the other player. I draw two mermaids, I played one but it changed when it came in the cards that I hold, and the other mermaid that was going on the deck became an other card too.
I don't know which context leads to this problem. I mean, it is not the same cards behind the mermaids each time the bug occured and we haven't the same disposition of cards on our table.
The only coincidence that I see is that the turn just before implies a mermaid (my partner stole me a mermaid around the turn 112 and I took a mermaid in the deck at the turn 284... But maybe it is not linked with the bug and if so the bug seems to be quite random).
I didn't try to refresh the page but i will try it the next time I draw two mermaids...
It's really annoying, it makes the game reaaly unfair...
La pioche me propose 2 cartes : quand j'en choisis une pour la mettre dans ma main, j'en reçois une autre.
C'est arrivé plusieurs fois.
Autre problème : la carte que je ne veux pas garder de la pioche reste affichée sous la pioche jusqu'à ce que je fasse F5.
Autre problème : avec l'extension Pepper : quand j'ai la carte qui permet de recevoir 2 cartes de la pioche après avoir posé un duo de poissons, les cartes reçues ne s'affichent pas avant de faire F5.

The replay shows a choice between grey shoal of fish the the dark blue starfish. As I was playing this game, these cards appeared as 2 mermaids on the screen. They were revealed as the shoal and starfish after I chose one and discarded the other.
This has happened a few times now over the past couple of days. Not really worth playing until this is resolved.
Move #1 and one more somewhere in the middle of the game.
Played this game on PC, Firefox 142.0
I drew 2 cards, bother were displayed to me as mermaids. I chose one but it turned out to be a starfish first time and a swimer second time.
I made the game code more solid so the game should warn you to refresh the page if it ever happens again.
