The second part of the card was not followed.
First part of the card:
"Opponent tells you one number that is NOT their suitcase number and is NOT the number 3."
This part of the card was followed. My opponent gave me the number 5.
Second part of the card:
"If no guards are in play, opponents tells you a second number meeting these requirements."
