案件沿革
From move 40 on, first player AngPredator triggers last turn by filling up his 4th column.
On my last move I draw the Dolphin.
After both AngPredator and I have resolved the Dolphin, I did not get to draw a replacement tile for the dolphin. Instead the game finishes. According to the rules, I think I should be able to draw and play another tile.
On top of that Angpredator flips a tile to the Monkey side with Dolphin, which in the end results into a parrot tile. This tile also does not get resolved for him.
In the final round, I flipped to a parrot with the dolphin hoping for a new draw, but never got one. Log reads (reverse chronological)

When it says "jcpmcdonald plays another turn", I did not get another turn, and final scoring happened immediately.
Opponent play a dolphin and fhinish their move. I flipped a parrot and the game just ended. The parrrot's effect is not solved while it still count -1 coins at last.

BUG: after drawing the dolphin card there is no last card for Captain Smirk. This could be because nisimmo activated a parrot using the dolphin, which once again triggered the endgame.
