After using the repelent, my turn does not start with the Action Phase but it goes directly to ask me to remove a tile from the island

Nothing, it was just when I use the repelent. Maybe as I was the next player to play it caused an error and assumed I had made my movement and use an action in my turn. In fact I was using the action repelent in the previous players turn
