案件沿革
Currently, the BGA framework somehow doesn't reflect private notifications sporadically.
Sadly, this happens across various games and cannot be fixed by individual developers :(
The report I filed was for Rummy - game number 657399386.
There had been bugs for several games of Rummy prior to this game including wrong number of card referenced in the player box. Not allowing me to pick up a card from either the deck or the pile - only action available was to throw a card away. Then adding a face card to the final score of the round adding an extra 10 points to my score when that card did not exist.
All of the above happened in this reported game (number above.). I flagged these problems to my opponent to make them aware of inaccuracies. I then also requested that the game be abandoned because of these problems. They refused. Next the whole game froze and I was unable to complete any action at all including reboot, reporting, or messaging the player again. I could not return to the home page either.
Therefore there was no option but to shut down the entire Board Game Arena window.
Please fix these bugs and please restore my reputation to 100%. Penalty should not be given for game glitches that prevented me from playing.
Please also provide an accurate report indicating that you have resolved this matter fully. Thank you
I know I'm connected to the internet because I was able to play another game.
